Project Service and Support

The success of any project depends on exceptional performance and communication, and Stryker meets this challenge by providing the infrastructure and support to ensure that your project proceeds on time and according to plan.  Stryker supports your project initiatives by providing expert teams of professionals that are focused on your success.  These teams include Project Managers, Project Engineers, Installation Technicians, and Technical Support Teams.  

Project Managers

Stryker assigns a Project Manager that will be your key contact through each step of the project.  The Project Manager uses our ISO9001-certified processes to ensure that your goals become your reality for the years to come.  Backed with solid experience, your Project Manager will be available to assist with design schedules, conference calls, and general assistance on your project.  They are the point person on the Stryker team to ensure accurate reporting of the project status and a timely completion of your project.

Project Engineers

Stryker also assigns a Project Engineer for your project.   The Project Engineer will review the design of the integrated systems within your project, and help ensure that all the products work together smoothly and seamlessly.  They can also interface directly with the IT departments of your facility, to ensure that the IT teams have all their questions answered fully and satisfactorily on the scope and capabilities of the system.

Installation Technicians

When your equipment has arrived and you are ready for installation, Stryker sends a fully trained and certified installation team to install, set-up, and certify your system.  The Installation Technicians ensure that your system is set up according to the design of your project.  They play an important role in your project’s success.

Technical and Post Installation Support

Our highly trained technical support staff is a valuable resource for follow-up service and support.  They can be reached via email, phone, or video conference, and will respond with answers for the simplest to the most complex questions about your system.
